Will installation of the stair get my
house dirty?
Installation of a new
stair is a dirty process. While the majority of
cutting ill be done outside, some cutting and final
sanding must be done inside. The homeowner is
responsible for covering furniture and electrical
items, closing AC/heating vents and shut off the
AC/heat. Our installers will clean the immediate area
around the stair of sawdust with a vacuum. Kastle
Stair does not provide a cleaning service.

How will my stairs be stained or painted?
We do not provide a
painter to finish your stair. This is a homeowner
responsibility.

After finishing, what if all of my wood
does not look the same?
Wood is a natural
product and will vary in color and grain. We make
every effort to match the wood, but you will have
variations. A good painter is the key to a
beautifully finished stair.

How many days after installation do I
have to finish my stair?
You should finish your
stair as soon as possible after installation. The
wood is finally sanded by our installers. Failure to
finish the wood within three days could void the
material warranty.
